Start from the top
Aerolite Soft Touch

With good roof and ceiling insulation you can create a comfortable living space and save up to 30 percent on your energy bill. There are different ways to insulate your roof, depending on the type of roof you have.
With a flat roof you can consider placing an insulation layer under the roof covering. If you have a sloping roof, you can place insulation material between the roof trusses. You can also easily do this yourself on the inside of a sloping roof

Then look at the insulation of your walls

Walls cover a large surface area and are essential for insulation. If you have a cavity wall, you can place insulation material in the cavity. Don't have a cavity wall? Then you can place insulation material on the inside or outside of the wall and finish with a gypsum board.

Consider the payback period of your insulation project

An important factor to consider when insulating your home is the payback period. This is the time it takes to recoup the costs of the insulation through savings on your energy bill. The payback period obviously depends on various factors, such as the size of your house, the type of insulation material and energy prices. But if you insulate qualitatively, you will need roof or wall insulation anyway.

Take into account the increasing value thanks to your insulation project
