MEGAPHEN
Megaphen is a closed-cell phenolic insulating foam that sets industry standards.
While it more than matches all the accepted criteria of conventional insulants,
Megaphen phenolic foam is CFC free and is also noted for its excellent fire resistant
properties.

TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION
- Industry specific
- Adhesive tape, profiling tools for minor modifications
- Profiles are generally cut to order, requiring simple fixing in place Profiles fully
enclosed in vapour barrier are vacuum sealed and must not be cut.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
In accordance with Engineers instructions, best practice and industry standards.
BENEFITS
The excellent k-value allows the use of thinner insulation sections, saving space
and reducing the cost of outer cladding and vapour barrier.
HANDLING & STORAGE
Megaphen should always be stored under cover from the elements, transported in bundles,
or carried individually on edge. As per all items in storage, fire safety regulations
should always be considered. All health & safety regulations should be adhered
