ENERGYLITE

Energylite is manufactured from non-combustible Glasswool bonded with an inert thermosetting resin to form a strong resilient product. Available in batts and blankets.

  • An industrial thermal insulation for applications up to 450℃
  • Conservation & control of heat in boilers, tanks, ductwork, ovens, etc.

DURABILITY
  • Odourless, inert & fully compatible with all standard building materials & components
  • Will not promote corrosion of steel, copper or aluminium
  • Will not sustain vermin
  • Will not breed or promote fungi, mould or bacteria
  • Non-hygroscopic
  • Dust settlement will not hamper the products performance
  • Prevents condensation on cold surfaces protecting underlying materials

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

HANDLING & STORAGE
Store product undercover, and in dry conditions. Store flat. Handle with care, especially on the edges and corners, which can be damaged if subject to sharp or heavy impact. Do not apply excessive pressure, for example by standing or sitting on the product, as permanent damage may be caused.
ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION
Install (25/40/50/75/100)mm thick non-combustible, lightweight “Energylite” Glasswool insulation blanket/batts of (24/47.5/64/96)kg/m3 density sfor heat and/or acoustic control. Install in accordance with industry best practice.
